Susan Chung - Director

Susan co-founded Pen in order to see everyday design elevated above the basics of form and function. In her role as co-founder and Creative Director, Susan oversees Pen’s design and manufacture process in order to achieve her vision for Pen. Her background in science, teaching and sustainability combined with her experience in manufacturing and development gives her the skillset to lead evaluating product viability, product development and manufacturing, with the help of co-director, Amy.

Amy Sellick - Director

Amy uses her creativity across multiple facets of Pen, drawing on her experience with both blue-chip corporate companies and independent agencies to give her the fervour necessary to manage the business. In her role as director she wears multiple hats, the foremost of which involves managing Pen’s distribution, sales and communication channels. She also combines unique strategic visions with creative director Susan, resulting in stellar product ideation and development.


Michael Mabuti - Co-founder

Michael, as co-founder continues to drive Pen vision. He draws on his experience within the product development, project management, and property development sectors to ensure that Pen consistently produces well-designed products.
