OURDESIGN PARTNERS
WE ARE FOR GOOD.

Helen Kontouris
Helen Kontouris is inspired by her observation of everyday experiences, of people’s interaction with objects, and the fresh perspectives gained from her travel, which shapes and informs her work. For Kontouris, each project is unique and extensive research underpins the development of each product. Process drives the generation of form, more so than any predetermined notion established at the outset of the design.

Nick Rennie
A leading figure in the current Australian design landscape, Nick Rennie (through his studio ‘happy finish design’), looks to explore design that takes its inspiration from interaction with everyday items. To breathe new life into the repetition of domesticity, and to do it in a way that engages the user and elicits an emotional reaction, is the very essence of Rennie’s professional ambition. For him, design is a shared process, the finished product owing equally to the vision of a manufacturer, the needs of a user and his own passion for expression. Nick has worked with leading international design brands such as Normann Copenhagen, Porro and Ligne Roset among many others.

Jim Hannon-Tan
Driven by a passion for genuine innovation, Jim Hannon-Tan has always sought to broaden his scope as an industrial designer. Over the past 15 years he has worked in Milan, Amsterdam & London, in the studios of top designers Stefano Giovannoni, Marcel Wanders, Tom Dixon and for the world’s leading design brands including Alessi, Magis, Moooi among many others. In 2015 he established an Australian based studio of his own and works globally.

Michael Ong
Michael Ong is an award winning architect based in Melbourne, Australia. Having studied a Masters of Architecture at The University of Melbourne, Michael has gone on to be the Founding Director of his own design and architectural practice – Michael Ong Design Office (MODO). Michael is passionate about producing quality designs and wants you to love it as much as he does. He explores concepts to create designs rich in personality, functionality and quality.
